Java Fried Noodles Recipe

Ingredients :

1 cup of egg noodles (I use a horse brand deer)
1 chicken egg
2  long sliced celery
5 tablespoons of roughly chopped cabbage
5  granule whole cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
to taste salt, sugar and pepper

Ground spices :

3 cloves of garlic
5 red onions
2 granule hazelnut
1 tablespoon ebi, rinse with water

Step :

  • Boiled noodles, drain (cook the noodles according to packaging instructions) Stir the noodles with 1 tablespoon soy sauce + 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Set aside
  • Saute the spices and cayenne pepper whole until fragrant, add the eggs to make scrambled
  • Add cabbage and celery add salt, sugar, pepper mix well
  • Add noodles, if it’s too dry may add water. Taste if it’s not sweet enough to add soy sauce according to taste
  • Mix well until the spices are absorbed. Lift. Serve sprinkled with fried shallots
  • Java fried noodles are best eaten with pickled cucumbers and chips
