Ingredients :

1 packet of noodles, boil, set aside
150 gram bean sprouts
4 pieces of rice cake

seasoning ingredient :

200 ml of water

soup ingredients :

1000 ml of chicken stock
1 teaspoon of chicken stock
1 pack pepper powder

4 pieces of diced fried tofu half cooked
1 thinly sliced celery stick
3 cloves shallot, thinly sliced and fried
4 Gendar crackers, roughened
2 tablespoons soy sauce


  • Sauce, boil the stock until it boils. Add powdered chicken stock, pepper. Stir well. Set aside
  • Arrange spices, noodles, bean sprouts, (sprout soak briefly with hot broth until half wilted), rice cake and tofu on the plate. Flush the soup
